Moved by Council Member __________ ___, seconded by Council Member __________, that upon re view and consideration of all materials in connection with the Stage I Preliminary Design Revi ew submittal for a proposed new 40-unit, 5-story multi- family development with parking and a public open space area in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) East Broadway District, to be located at 126-128 S. Kenwood Street, Glendale, California (Case No. PDR-002684-2023), the City Council approves the Stage I preliminary design, as outlined in the July 30, 2024 staff report fr om the Director of Community Development, subject to staf f recommendations contained therein or attached hereto, and subject to Council comments thereon.
