A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Update on the General Plan’s Land Use, Mobility, and Environmental Justice Elements
a. Motion accepting the status report on the preparation of the Land Use, Mobility, and Environmental Justice Elements, and proposed update to the General Plan Land Use Map, subject to Council comments thereon
2. Community Development, re: Public Hearing for Stage I Preliminary Design Review Case No. PDR-002684-2023 for the Development of a New 40-unit, 5-story Multi- Family Development with 73 parking spaces and Public Open Space Area on a 14,988 square-foot (SF) lot located at 126-128 South Kenwood Street a.
