M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale finds that SECC Corporation is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish labor, equipment and materials for the Construction of a Fiber Optic Line to the Parks and Facilities in Scholl Canyon, Specification No. 3979, and that the bid of SECC Corporation is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power in the Report dated August 13, 2024, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a contract with SECC Corporation for a not-to-exceed amount of $401,606 plus a fifteen percent (15%) contingency of $60,241, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
