MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________, seconded by Council Member _________________________, that upon review and consideration of all documents, materials and exhibits relative to Appeal Case No. PAPP-003276-2024, the appeal of the Historic Preservation Commission’s Conditional Approval of Design Review Case No. PDR-003119-2024 for the Property Located at 1239 Rossmoyne Avenue (“Design Review Case”), and after having conducted a public hearing on said appeal pursuant to the Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, and receiving testimony, the City Council of the City of Glendale, California, based upon all of the evidence in the record, hereby REVERSES the Historic Preservation Commission’s decision and DENIES the Design Review Case. The City Council hereby continues this matter for two weeks until the August 27, 2024 City Council meeting, without further public notice, and directs the City Attorney to prepare written findings in support of denying the Design Review Case.
