30.34.080(E)(6) & (F)(5) and replace these requirements with comprehensive objective design guidelines for accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units that are new construction or those that propose exterior modifications to an existing primary residence or to a permitted accessory building, as set forth in the July 30, 2024 staff report from the Director of Community Development, and per additional or further direction regarding this amendment provided by Council at the meeting on August 20, 2024.
