MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a Legal Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the Pierce Law Firm to provide property acquisition and eminent domain advice and litigation services, in an amount not to exceed $75,000. The Agreement shall be subject to the review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
