MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member , that with respect to the preservation and reuse of the former Rockhaven Sanitarium, the Council approves the proposed conceptual plan as described in the Report to Council dated August 20, 2024 by the Director of Community Development (“Report”), including Exhibit 1 thereof. The Council hereby authorizes staff and the City’s design consultant, SWA, to proceed with design development, construction documents and preparation of a bid package, as outlined in the Report.
