_____________ , that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute Funding Agreements to receive grant funding for Be Street Smart Glendale Ave Open Street event (“Be Street Smart Event”) from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro) as described in the August 27, 2024 staff report from the Community Development Department.
