MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager or a designee to enter into a five- year General Services Agreement with Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt (dba SCS Engineers) in an amount not to exceed nine-hundred fifty-seven thousand six hundred two ($957,602) dollars, subject to approval to form by the City Attorney, as outlined in the Report to Council dated August 27, 2024.
