seconded by Council Member , that the Council of
the City of Glendale finds that, for public works construction contract 8002260 awarded to PCL Construction Services, Inc., for the Central Library Youth Services Renovation, as described in Specifications No. 3888, that the Glendale City Council approves an increase in the reserve for contingencies from 10% to 15% or by $326,359 for a new total contract contingency amount of $979,074.
