_____________ , that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Community Art Resources (CARS) for the implementation and management of the Glendale Ave Open Street Event on May 31st, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $549,263.00. The contract amount is based on the City’s desired scope of work, schedule and desired outcomes. The Professional Services Agreement shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
