Moved by Council Member __________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby approves the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Program Round 4 proposed Sub-recipient funding awards, as recommended by the Continuum of Care (CoC) Board; and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the funding, as outlined in the Report to Council dated September 10, 2024.
