A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING GLENDALE WATER AND POWER DEPARTMENT SPECIFICATION NO. 3982R TO FURNISH MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND
LABOR FOR VAULT DEWATERING, HAZARDOUS WASTE DIPSOSAL AND
EMERGENCY RESPONSE CLEAN-UP FOR GLENDALE WATER & POWER,
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1. The revised specifications on file in the Glendale Water & Power Department to Furnish Materials Equipment, and Labor for Vault Dewatering, Hazardous Waste Disposal and Emergency Response Clean-Up for Glendale Water & Power, including the various documents incorporated therein, are hereby approved, adopted, designated and shall hereafter be known as Specification No. 3982R.
SECTION 2. That there were no bids received in response to Specification No. 3982 advertised in May 2024 as explained in the Report dated September 10, 2024, by the Acting General Manager of the Glendale Water & Power Department.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise for bids for work, equipment and materials described in the revised Specification No. 3982R as adopted by this Resolution.
