M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to enter into and execute Amendment No. 1 to the City’s existing Professional Services Agreement, contract number 8001795, with Insight Public Sector Inc. for services related to cybersecurity solutions, hardware, and implementation pursuant to the requirements of the Subaward and Cooperative Agreement by the American Public Power Association (APPA), in the not to exceed amount of $820,644, for a new contract not to exceed amount of $6,961,844. The form of said amendment shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
