Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney to execute a Waiver of Conflict of Interest for Representation letter on behalf of the City of Glendale (City), consenting to the law firm of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) concurrent legal representation of the City with respect to the Biogas Renewable Generation Project and Trim Flare Matter, as described in the Report Dated September 17, 2024 by the City Attorney, and legal representation of the Los Angeles County Sanitation District with respect to unrelated matters as described in the September 17, 2024 Report.
