MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) for preparation of the East-West Glendale historic context and survey, the North Glendale historic context update and survey, and surveys for the proposed Cleveland Knoll historic district for a not to exceed amount of $323,470. The agreement shall be in a form approved by the city attorney.
