MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) for a historic district survey for the proposed Verdugo Woodlands historic district survey for a not to exceed amount of $85,260. The agreement shall be in a form approved by the city attorney.
