COUNCIL ACTION
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the meeting on May 21, 2024, the City Council approved a regular meeting schedule for FY 2024-25. Staff proposes the following adjustments to the previously adopted 2024- 25 meeting schedule: cancel meetings on October 1 and October 22, and add meetings on October 15 and October 29. These changes accommodate the Mayor’s updated schedule.

2 RECOMMENDATION
That Council adopt the modified Council meeting schedule for the 2024-25 fiscal year.
ANALYSIS
At the City Council meeting on May 21, 2024, a regular meeting schedule was adopted for the 2024-25 fiscal year. Due to changes to the Mayor’s schedule, there is a need to modify the previously established meeting schedule. The following adjustments to the City Council meetings are proposed:
•Cancel October 1
•Add October 15
•Cancel October 22
•Add October 29
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this report.
CAMPAIGN DISCLOSURE
This item is exempt from campaign disclosure requirements.
ALTERNATIVES TO STAFF RECOMMENDATION
1) Council can choose to not accept the modified schedule for FY 2024-25. 2) Council may consider any other alternative not proposed by staff.
