by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc, for the Downtown Glendale Signal and Mobility Improvements Project, Specification No. 3939, for the amount of $8,262,128.
2. Authorizes a 15 percent reserve for contingency, equal to $1,239,319.
