M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council having considered the Report dated October 1, 2024 by the Interim General Manager of Glendale Water and Power Department (GWP) relating the City’s public benefits charge (PBC) rate, hereby declares the allocation and use of the funds collected from the .75% increase in the PBC rate, from July 1, 2018 through November 6, 2024, for all authorized renewable energy, energy efficiency, demand response, and energy efficiency customer incentives.
