MOTION

Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Cooperative Agreement between the City of Glendale and the County of Los Angeles for the Foothill Boulevard Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (TSSP), subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, in the amount of $313,200 plus $186,600 for Contingency and Construction Engineering/Inspection, as recommended in the staff report of the Director of Public Works dated October 1, 2024.
