Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby selects and appoints Councilmember ___________________ to the Independent Cities Association’s (ICA’s) Board of Directors and Councilmember __________________ as its Alternate to the ICA Board of Directors. Councilmember ______________________ and Councilmember _________________ shall serve until the end of their terms on Council. The Primary Member and Alternate shall serve until the end of his or her Council term, or upon resignation, or until the Council appoints a replacement.
