MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a professional services agreement – subject to approval by the City Attorney - with LA Compost for development of a Food Waste Community Composting Program, for three years, as described in the report to the Glendale City Council dated October 8, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $230,250.
