Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Eagle Aerial Solutions (EAS) for consulting services related to Senate Bill 606 & Assembly Bill 1668 water conservation compliance efforts in an amount not to exceed $156,710. The form of said PSA shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
