Council of the City of Glendale hereby finds that the facts stated in the notice of appeal filed by Daniel Hernandez, director of the Department of Public Works (“Appellant”), regarding the denial of proposed all-way stop controls at the intersection of South Adams Street and Scofield by the Transportation and Parking Commission, constitute a matter of sufficient substantiality to warrant a hearing in the public interest, which is hereby set for the __________ day of _______________, 202__, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice thereof to be given to the Appellant, the Transportation and Parking Commission, and such other persons as may have an interest in the matter and have previously identified themselves in connection therewith.
