MOTION
Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member __, that the
Council of the City of Glendale finds that—with respect to the notice of appeal filed by Daniel Hernandez, director of the Department of Public Works (“Appellant”), regarding the denial of proposed all-way stop controls at the intersection of South Adams Street and Scofield Drive by the Transportation and Parking Commission (“Commission”)—new and material evidence not previously presented to the Commission is available and such evidence could not with reasonable diligence has been discovered and produced at the Commission’s public meeting of July 22, 2024; thus, the City Council hereby orders the Commission to rehear the matter, and the clerk of the Commission to give notice at least seven days before the date of the hearing to the Commission, and by mail to the Appellant and to such other persons as may have appeared on the matter and addressed the Commission at its public meeting of July 22, 2024.
