MOTION
Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member __, that the
Council of the City of Glendale hereby finds that the facts stated in the notice of appeal filed by Daniel Hernandez, director of the Department of Public Works (“Appellant”), regarding the denial of proposed all-way stop controls at the intersection of South Adams Street and Scofield Drive by the Transportation and Parking Commission (“Commission”), do not warrant a hearing; thus, the City Council hereby dismisses the appeal forthwith, rendering the decision of the Commission final.
