MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________, seconded by Council Member _________________________, that the City Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a Professional Service Agreement with Meridian Consultants in a not-to-exceed amount of $160,285, for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) and CEQA Guidelines, subject to the review and approval as to form by the City Attorney. Further, that the project applicant is responsible for all EIR preparation costs and fees associated with the preparation of the EIR.
