4 • Map the total landscape area for CII accounts
Ø Conduct aerial survey of CII properties to determine irrigable landscapes Ø Determine number of Dedicated Irrigation Meters (DIMs) Ø Calculate irrigation efficiency per property
Ø Incorporate calculated landscape area into a water use formula to determine water use target
Staff Recommendation
5 Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement with Eagle Aerial Solutions for consulting services related to SB606 and AB1668 compliance efforts in the amount of $156,710.
