by Council Member , that, with respect to
the November 5, 2024, report of the director of Community Services & Parks, the City Council of the City of Glendale hereby approves:
(1) The 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan Program Priorities; (2) The Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Priorities;
(3) The Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Proposed CDBG Funding Allocation Plan by Funding Category; and
(4) Issuance of a Request for Proposal to community agencies for CDBG and Emergency Solutions Grant Public Social Services and CDBG Capital Improvement Projects.
