Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract change order – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001567 with Omega Construction Co. Inc. for Citywide General Building Repairs, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of eight hundred ninety-eight thousand seven hundred seventy dollars ($898,770).
2. Extend the contract duration by two (2) years to a new expiration date of February 22, 2027.
