Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract change order – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001569 with Prime Painting Contractors Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repair of Painting Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of five hundred eighty-five thousand six hundred dollars ($585,600).
2. Extend the contract duration by two (2) years to a new expiration date of February 22, 2027.
