by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract change order – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001570 with H. L. Moe Co. Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repairs of Plumbing Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($267,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of seven hundred sixteen thousand one hundred fifty- five dollars ($716,155).
2. Extend the contract duration by two (2) years to a new expiration date of February 22, 2027.
