MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded
by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract change order – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001571 with AME Builders Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repair of Roofing Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by two hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($267,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of seven hundred fifty-seven thousand ninety-four dollars ($757,094).
2. Extend the contract duration by two (2) years to a new expiration date of February 22, 2027.
