Recommended Mills Act conditions
1. Restore the leaded glass window at the large living
room opening to match photographs of this portion
of the east façade.
2. Restore the original speakeasy at the front door that has been boarded up.
3. Replace vinyl garage door with more compatible
wood garage door.
4. Replace inappropriate rear door that leads to
backyard with a compatible wood door.
