Recommended Mills Act conditions
1. Remove siding box under the eave at the west (front) elevation above the recessed entry.
2. Reglaze the fixed window openings that were covered by this work to bring the area closer to its original
appearance.
3. Repair/replace broken stones at the flagstone planter at west and south elevations.
4. Repair the deteriorated outrigger beam at the east (rear) elevation near the rear door.
