M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Energy Environmental Economics, Inc. (E3), contract no. C8002375, to increase the PSA not to exceed amount by $52,330 for additional completed work and authorize the corresponding encumbrance. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute said amendment subject to approval by the City Attorney.
