MOTION
Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member __, that, with
respect to the appeal filed August 6, 2024, by Daniel Hernandez, director of the Department of Public Works (“Appellant”), the Council of the City of Glendale hereby finds substantial evidence to reverse the decision of the Transportation and Parking Commission not to approve the installation of all-way stop controls at the intersection of South Adams Street and Scofield Drive.
Thus, the decision of the Transportation and Parking Commission of July 22, 2024, regarding the above-referenced matter is hereby reversed, and the installation of all-way stop controls at the intersection of South Adams Street and Scofield Drive is hereby approved.
