Hello Councilmember Najarian,
I hope this email finds you doing well. I'm writing to draw attention to and complain about our GWP bills. I just received our newest bill and it's the second time this year that it has been over $1000. We've lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, Glendale for nine years, and we've never had bills this high before. I know that GWP is increasing its rates for multiple reasons, but this is absurd. It's also a terrible time to do it as lots of people are struggling with higher prices across-the-board. I'm urging you and the rest of the City Council to please do something to lower these rate increases or stop them. This is wrong.
