MOTION
Moved by Council Member __________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction services contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., for the On-Call Fiber Optic Testing, Design, Installation, and Maintenance Services, Specification No. 3999, in the amount of $3,500,000 for a five-year period.
