M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Arcadis U.S., Inc. for engineering services in developing a comprehensive Water System Master Plan and Recycled Water Master Plan., in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,196,892.00. The form of said PSA shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
