M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to conduct a Cost of Service Analysis and Rate Study for Glendale Water & Power’s Water Division, in the not-to-exceed amount of $235,006. The form of said PSA shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
