Member , that, with respect to the Report to City Council dated December 3, 2024 pertaining to public comment on agenda and non-agenda items, order of business for Council agendas, rules governing Council deliberation and debate; removing items from agendas after publication, rules governing decorum and disruptive individuals, and related agenda matters, the Council directs staff to pursue the options provided in the Report as follows:
