A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Community Development, re: Use of City Days at the Alex Theatre: Los Angeles Youth Orchestra
a. Council motion to approve use of one of twelve annual City Days at the Alex Theatre for the 25th Anniversary Performance of the Los Angeles Youth Orchestra
2. Community Development, re: Exclusive Negotiating Agreement- 1401 North Verdugo Road (Glendale Civic Auditorium)
a. City Council motion authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Events at Eden, a California corporation, for the purpose of negotiating a lease and management agreement for City-owned property located at 1401 North Verdugo Road
Written Notice of said meeting was given, which Notice consisted of a copy of the foregoing Call, and was served on each Member of the Council not joining in the Call, and upon the in said City not less than 24 hours before the time fixed in said Call for said meeting, as follows:
