by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Adopt Revised Plan No. 49-259R and direct staff to implement necessary changes to the North Brand Boulevard Demonstration Project.
2. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a contract change order to increase the contract amount by $534,400 to the Contract with Sterndahl Enterprises, LLC, for the North Brand Boulevard Complete Streets Demonstration Project, Contract No. 8002427, for the reasons set forth in the December 17, 2024 Report by the Director of Public Works.
3. Direct staff to maintain the demonstration project for a period of six months and report back to the Council the outcome of the project after the completion of the demonstration period.
