by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Direct staff to remove the demonstration project elements and restore North Brand Boulevard to the original alignment.
2. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a contract change order to increase the contract amount by $527,696 to the Contract with Sterndahl Enterprises, LLC, for the North Brand Boulevard Complete Streets Demonstration Project, Contract No. 8002427, for the reasons set forth in the December 17, 2024 Report by the Director of Public Works.
