Capacity Enhancement for Backlog Reduction Grant
FY24 DNA CEBR Program Grant
Established for purposes of enhancing DNA processing turnaround time and reducing backlogs.
• Funds will be used to purchase contractual services, multi-year maintenance agreements, and training.
FY24 DNA CEBR Program Grant
1. Accept the FY24 DNA CEBR Program Grant.
2. Appropriate $243,744 in grant funds.
3. Dispense with competitive bidding to issue a three-year purchase order with Hamilton Company for equipment, service agreements, and testing supplies.
4. Increase the total amount for the current Life Technologies purchase order. Additional funding will be covered by future grant funding.
No new appropriation is being requested at this time.
