Since 2017, the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity has provided the Verdugo Workforce Development Board (VWDB) with Measure H funding to train and transition adults who are homeless into gainful employment.

An increase of $29,700 than was initially budgeted for in the last budget adoption of $99,000.
