MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a contract between the City of Glendale and Dictation Sales & Services Inc., dba Equature, in the amount not to exceed $158,604, plus a contingency of up to $15,860 for the expansion and standardization for the City’s digital logging recording system and to procure related hardware, software, parts, maintenance, services, and upgrades for the life of the software. Said agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney.
