Moved by Council Member ___________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ______________________________________, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to set the time, date and place for a public hearing concerning Vacation Case No. 188V; being the vacation of the Portion of First Alley Easterly of Brand Boulevard, Northerly of Fairview Avenue (Alley 130); as set forth in the report of the Director of Public Works dated February 04, 2025 and causing the publishing and posting of notice of said Public Hearing as required by-law. The public hearing has been set for April 1, 2025, at 6 PM in the City Council Chambers.
